It's never too early to experience the benefits of yoga and to lay a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Through activities that are playful and engaging (with music and games!), this class introduces the fundamentals of yoga, including physical poses to stretch and strengthen, as well as meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises).
This class is great for after school programs and has previously been offered at PS 133 and the Brooklyn Urban Garden School.
