Lisa Jill Anderson is an actor, writer, and producer based in New York City, originally from Southern California. She was the founding artistic director of the NYC based independent theater company, Stable Cable Lab Co. from 2011 to 2019, where she produced over a dozen world premieres, including the Time Out New York Critics' pick, everything is super great by Stephen Brown, which she also acted in. She is a proud resident artist of New Light Theater Project.

Lisa co-wrote the comedy pilot Legit Married, which was a Finalist for the Austin TV Festival Pitch Competition. She executive produced, co-created and starred in the webisode version of Legit Married, which won the Audience Choice Award for Best Web Pilot at Dances With Films LA, Katra Film Series, & the LA Independent Women Film Awards, was nominated for Best Comedy Episode at the Women's Comedy Film Festivals in Atlanta and Chicago, and has been selected for 17 film festivals and counting. She wrote, produced, and acted in the comedic short films Dealbreaker and House Meeting, and is in pre-production for a short film to be produced by Well Dang! Productions in her hometown of Riverside, California.
